Every watch and bag sold at Plum Luxury Watches is authenticated by professional third-party experts before it is offered for sale. We never list an item that has not passed authentication — so what you see in our store is 100% genuine, guaranteed.
Authenticated before listing
Prior to listing, each item is submitted to an independent, professional authentication service specialising in luxury goods. Only items that pass this third-party authentication are offered for sale. This is in addition to our own hands-on inspection in Japan.
Sourced in Japan
All of our items are hand-sourced within Japan's secondhand market — a market known worldwide for its meticulous condition standards and a very low incidence of counterfeit goods, with trade regulated under Japan's Secondhand Articles Dealer Act.
Inspected and disclosed before listing
As described in Our Story & Promise, items are checked in Japan before listing: condition is photographed in detail, and every flaw, replaced part, or sign of wear is disclosed up front. If you would like additional photos of brand markings, serial or date codes, or any other detail before you buy, contact us — we are happy to provide them.
Our money-back guarantee
In the unlikely event that an item you purchased from us is determined to be counterfeit by a qualified third-party authenticator, contact us within 3 days of delivery with the documentation and we will refund your full purchase price, including shipping.
How to make a claim
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery: email gerrard8939@gmail.com with your order number and the authentication result (or authentication request) from a qualified authenticator.
- We will reply within 3 business days.
- Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping.
