Monogram Watch Gold Band Quartz Movement (Not Working)

This is a vintage Jean Paul GAULTIER wristwatch.
It features a gold-tone round case and a distinctive monogram dial with the brand's initials "JPG".
The dial has Roman numeral indexes (XII, IX, III, VI).
The original black leather belt was replaced with a green leather strap.
The watch is not working.
The case has minor scratches and signs of use due to age.
