Monogram Watch Gold Band Quartz Watch Not Working For

This is a vintage Jean Paul GAULTIER wristwatch.
The case color is gold tone.
The dial is gold with a laurel and "JPG" monogram engraving design, and Roman numeral indexes (XII, IX, III, VI).
The movement is quartz (battery powered) and currently not working.
The band has been replaced with a green leather strap.
The case has small scratches and signs of use due to age.
