This is an Omega Seamaster.
The dial for turning the hands is protruding.
When rotated, the minute and hour hands move properly, but the time does not advance, possibly due to a lack of battery or needing an overhaul.
Also, the fourth plate of the belt is missing.
There are scratches and other damage on the product.
It is being sold as junk.
