Purchased in July 2016 and worn once during a BBQ after being bought new.
It has since been stored in its case in a dark place.
The display might be off as it was moved into the light for photography and then returned to its case.
The product contents include a PRW-3500Y watch with a structure and waterproof rating of -10°C low-temperature resistance and 20 ATM water resistance.
It features automatic radio wave reception (up to 6 times/day, 5 times/day in China only) and manual reception.
The compass function measures 16 directions and angles (0°-359°), offers 60-second continuous measurement, graphic display of cardinal directions, bearing memory (one graphic for angle and recorded direction), magnetic declination correction, and azimuth correction.
The barometric pressure measurement function has a range of 260hPa to 1,100hPa, displays a barometric pressure trend graph (for the past 42 hours), a barometric pressure differential graphic, and barometric pressure trend information.
The altimeter function is a relative altimeter (measurement range: -700m to 10,000m), with altitude memory (up to 30 manual memories of date, time, and altitude), auto-record data (max/min altitude, auto cumulative ascent/descent), 14 climbing log data records (max/min altitude, auto cumulative ascent/descent), altitude difference measurement (-3,000m to 3,000m), and measurement interval settings (5 seconds/2 minutes).

Other functions include a battery indicator display, full auto-calendar, 12/24-hour time display switching, operation tone ON/OFF switching, and LED backlight (full auto light, super illuminator, afterglow duration switching 1.5 seconds/3 seconds).
The power source is Tough Solar (solar charging system), with a continuous drive time of approximately 23 months in power-saving mode (display turns off after a certain period in the dark to save power).
