70s Vintage Us Military Issue H3 Military Watch Hand-winding

This is a 70's VINTAGE HAMILTON U.S.MILITARY H3 Military Watch, a model "Hamilton/MIL-W-46374B" supplied to the US military as government supplies between 1975 and 1983.
Since it is a military model, the "HAMILTON" logo is not on the dial, but tritium marks and "H3" are printed.
Supplied in 1977.
The size is: Length: 1.61 inches, Width (excluding the crown): 1.30 inches, Thickness: 0.43 inches.
The exterior is very clean and looks like a current product.
I turned the crown to check the operation, but it stopped after moving to some extent, or it did not move unless I shook it.
