The Seiko Gold Feather ref. J14078 is a gold-filled model.
It is estimated to have been manufactured in December 1960 based on the serial number.
There is gold plating peeling on the lug on the 12 o'clock side (right side of the second photo).
Considering its age, it is in very good condition, and the thin champagne gold-like sunray finish dial has a very good atmosphere, although it is difficult to capture in the photo.
When winding, the gears may slip slightly when the winding is nearly complete (it can be wound fully without any particular problem if wound carefully).
